- Daffodil Days takes place at the end of March and the P-Bruins participate by allowing the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island Blue Angels to sell daffodils at a P-Bruins game with all the proceeds going to the American Cancer Society
- The Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island Blue Angels walk around the concourse of the Dunkin’ Donuts Center and through the stands selling bunches of daffodils for $10
- Over the following week Providence Bruins players along with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island volunteers visit the children at Hasbro Children’s Hospital and give them each daffodils
- The P-Bruins players will also talk with each of the children, take their picture with the children and sign autographs for them
